This cactus provides a springtime show. I am drawn to the multi-colored blooms that range from delicate yellow to vibrant reds and oranges giving way to succulent fruit. My goal is to capture the essence of these blooms from bud to the fully open blossom, contrasting with the prickly pads that protect the plant.
